Reservation and enclose a deposit of £

charge (or full amount if the holiday is less than six weeks away) and
undertake to pay the balance six weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation by me, the whole
or part of the hire charge is payable should inadequate time be given to
re-let. If cancelled accommodation is
re-let the deposit, less office fee, will be
refunded. It is therefore advisable to

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
The
party shall be EXACTLY as stated on the booking form, unless prior permission
for alteration has been given by us. If
in our opinion any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of
other visitors, the owners may re-take possession of the accommodation. Visitors are held responsible for any damage
or loss during their stay and the Management is relieved of responsibility for loss
or damage to visitors property or accident to any person whilst staying at
Aaron and Lyttelton Lodge, save where it arises solely from the Managements
negligence. Vehicles and their contents
are left at owners risk. Small dogs are
accepted at the Proprietors discretion if advised when booking and providing a
deposit of £40 is lodged to be held against any damage or inconvenience caused
and returnable in such n on-event. It is
a condition of acceptance that dogs are not left unattended in Apartments and
are kept on a leash in the public parts of the house and not exercised in the
grounds. The Management reserve the
right to decline accommodation and is relieved from liability should the
accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond their control. Please note that accommodation is offered
subject to availability on receipt of a deposit.
